Dan Lauria (born April 12, 1947, in Brooklyn, New York) is an actor who portrayed Jack Arnold in the original series, The Wonder Years. He had served in the U.S. Marine Corps. Out of respect for his time in the USMC, the producers made the character of Jack Arnold a Marine as well.
